About WE (Women's Exchange)
WE (Women's Exchange) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005 by a group of women who began sharing their irrepressible spirit and dynamic energy for a benefit luncheon, one day each year. The Women's Exchange honors and pays tribute to organizations that service and help women. The commitment of the group has never wavered.
Each year the TOTAL proceeds of the WE luncheon have been given to organizations such as:
Trinidad Area Arts Council
Trinidad Chorale
Summer Reading Program at Carnegie Public Library
Advocates Against Domestic Assault,
Hope Pregnancy Center,
The Soup Kitchen,
WIC (Women, Infants, and Children Program),
WAIT (Why am I Tempted program at THS),
Harry Sayre Senior Center and Segundo Senior Center,
Mt. Carmel,
and TSJC (for women's scholarships)
